First, employees must have a steady internet connection. Without it, work from home would simply be impossible. Emails cannot be sent, online transactions cannot be completed, and video conference meetings cannot take place, among other things.

Second, most employees who will be working from home need reliable office-issued laptops and other required gadgets. They may use their personal laptops if they will not be saving any sensitive data on it. However, as a security measure, office-issued laptops are preferred.
Finally, while not entirely a tech consideration, people who work from home need space that is free from distractions and noise, especially if they will be handling or attending meetings. Any area that cancels noises is very much welcome to assure an environment that is closest to their office.
